Finding the studio
- Main entrance The door at the far end of the unit, facing the parking lot — marked on the photo. Use it for appointments, design reviews and anything at the front desk.
- Side door pickup The second marked door, further along the same face of the building. Use it to collect printed signs, business cards, feature sheets and postcards.
- Parking Surface parking in the lot directly in front of the unit, off Tomken Road.
What are Real Media’s hours?
Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time. The studio is closed Saturday and Sunday. Shoots are scheduled outside those hours by arrangement.
Where is Real Media located?
Unit 17 – 5511 Tomken Road, Mississauga, Ontario L4W 3Y3, near the Tomken Road and Kamato Road intersection. We shoot across the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Toronto, Etobicoke, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Milton, Caledon, Halton Hills, Georgetown, Burlington and Richmond Hill.
How do I place an order?
Photography, video and virtual tours are quoted and booked through the calculator on the multimedia virtual tours page. For signs, business cards and print, call 416-800-9029 or email sales@realmedia.ca with the quantity and finish you need. Existing clients can log in to reorder.
Can I pick up an order in person?
Yes. Printed signs, business cards, feature sheets and postcards are collected at the side door, marked on the photograph above, during office hours. Call ahead so the order is boxed and waiting.
How quickly will you reply?
Email and voicemail left during office hours are answered the same business day. Photography and virtual tours are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot; signs run 5–7 business days, or 1–2 on a rush order for $30 extra per sign.
