How much does a real estate sign cost?

A laminated 10mm coroplast 24″ x 32″ sign is $60 each for 2 or more, $45 for 6 or more and $40 for 12 or more. Reflective and laminated in the same size runs $115, $100 and $95. The 32″ x 36″ laminated sign runs $99, $80 and $75, and reflective $190, $150 and $140. The new 32″ x 48″ size is $115, $100 and $90 laminated, or $210, $199 and $185 reflective.

How long do signs take to produce?

10mm coroplast signs take 5–7 business days on a normal order, or 1–2 business days on a rush order for an additional $30 per sign.

What is the difference between laminated and reflective signs?

Both are laminated for weather durability. A reflective sign adds a retroreflective layer so the sign lights up under car headlights after dark — useful on busy roads and for evening drive-bys. Reflective signs cost roughly double.

What are riders and sleeves?

Riders are 6″ high strips in 24″, 30″, 32″ or 36″ widths that hang above or below the main sign — $30 normal, $50 reflective. A top rider has no grommets and attaches to the flutes on top of the sign post; a bottom rider has grommets top and bottom and attaches to the sign or to another rider. Sleeves are 24″ x 6″ slip-over strips at the same prices.

Do you make open house and sandwich board signs?

Yes. PVC sandwich boards are $125 each singly, $115 for 3 or more and $100 for 6 or more at 19″ x 24″, and $150 / $140 / $125 at 24″ x 32″. Small 8″ x 12″ coroplast open house signs run from $9 down to $3 each with a custom design, or $8 down to $2 with a generic design. Acrylic table holders are $15 each, or $10 for 5 or more. Directional signs are priced separately.
