How much do directional signs cost?

A 12″ x 24″ double-sided directional sign is $15 each for 1–8 units, $13 each for 9–16 units and $10 each at 17 or more. H-stakes are $3 each up to 16 units and $2 each at 17 or more. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

What are the signs made of?

Double-sided 4mm coroplast, laminated for weather resistance, printed full colour on both faces so the sign reads from either direction of traffic.

Do I need H-stakes as well?

Yes — the H-stake is the wire frame that holds the sign in the ground and is priced separately. Order one stake per sign unless you are reusing frames you already have.

What are directional signs used for?

Pointing traffic to an open house or a listing set back from a main road. Agents across Mississauga, Toronto, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Milton and Richmond Hill typically place several at intersections leading to the property on the day of an open house.

What else does Real Media print for listings?

Full real estate lawn signs, sandwich boards, riders and sleeves, plus postcards, door hangers and feature sheets.
